"They actually had my shade"
I’d been checking everywhere for my shade and it was always sold out, so I was kind of surprised to see it in stock here. I ordered it right away, and it actually was available, which shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but..

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from thisisbeauty.us and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I kept feeling like I had to keep checking it and wondering if I needed to follow up. It was kind of stressful, especially because I needed the order sooner than it arrived. The product itself was fine once it finally got here, but the wait was really frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again

"Refund took longer than I expected"
It took a bit longer than I thought it would, but I did end up getting the refund back eventually. Not sure what the holdup was, but it got sorted in the end.

I ordered from thisisbeauty.us it was smooth. I don’t have much patience for confusing websites or slow checkouts, so I was happy the site was easy to use and I got through everything fast. My order showed up fine with no problems. I’d shop there again.

"Nice variety for beauty shoppers"
I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products on This Is Beauty. They had some of the brands I already use, plus a few new ones that other beauty shoppers might enjoy discovering too. The site was easy to browse, which I think most customers would appreciate. I do wish a couple of items had more shades available, but overall the selection is really nice.

"Seems legit, but the packaging threw me off"
The product itself seems decent and works like I expected, but the packaging felt a little weird, which made me question if it was totally authentic. It wasn’t a huge issue, just kind of annoying because it made the whole experience feel less reassuring

"Delivery showed up right on schedule"
I ordered from thisisbeauty.us and wasn’t expecting much beyond hoping the shipping wouldn’t turn into a whole thing.

But it arrived right when they said it would, actually, not just arrived, I also got tracking updates along the way, which made it easy to keep an eye on. The box looked fine too, with nothing damaged or missing.
Overall it was a really simple, stress-free experience, which is exactly what I wanted. Based on the delivery alone, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Wish I’d ordered sooner"
My order from This Is Beauty showed up packed really well. The box was clean, sealed tight, and nothing inside was damaged or shifting around much. i was kind of annoyed with myself for hesitating to order because it arrived with no issues at all. Happy with the whole thing.

"Support took a few days to get back to me"
I had to wait a few days before I heard anything from customer service, which was frustrating. I kept checking my email, even the spam folder, because I thought maybe I missed something. They did eventually reply and answer my question, but the delay definitely made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

The shades and sizes were right, which is what I was most worried about—well, not worried, but that’s usually the thing I double-check first. Packaging was fine too. "Promo code didn’t really do much for me"
I’ll admit I’m kind of picky when it comes to discounts, so I was a little let down. I tried using a promo code from thisisbeauty.us at checkout, but it didn’t work for me. The prices weren’t terrible or anything, but the whole discount situation felt more confusing than it needed to be. Not the worst shopping experience, but I personally expected better.
